I transplanted my plants today. I transferred each one into a new pot. I gave it room to spread its roots. I gave it a bed to sustain its weight.
Looking at each one, each plant feels grounded. Now centered in their porcelain walls, each can lean in. Settled, each can now focus on growth: A leaf turns inward; The spikes of the cacti reach outward; The bending of a stem deepens.
By Transplanting it I gave it potential. What can we be now that there's room to unfold? we whispered.
